Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data across our website and Programs.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Ram Shri Ram Enterprises, operating as Interview Geeks ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, book a free trial, download a curriculum, or enroll in a Program.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details — name, email address, and phone number, provided when you download a curriculum, book a trial, or enroll;
- Professional details — your years of experience and current company, provided voluntarily on our curriculum download and enrolment forms;
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment partner; we do not store your full card or bank details on our own systems;
- Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or through our booking link;
- Usage data — general, non-identifying analytics about how our website is used, such as which pages are visited.
3. How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and send the curriculum or materials you requested;
- Process your enrolment and manage your place in a cohort;
- Send you updates about upcoming batches, schedule changes, or relevant Program information;
- Improve our teaching, website, and course materials;
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Live class recordings
Live sessions are recorded so that enrolled students can revisit the material. If you speak or appear on camera during a class, your voice or image may be included in that recording, which is shared only with students of your own cohort and any future batch you repeat under our free-repeat policy. We do not publish class recordings publicly without separately asking your permission.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website may use essential cookies required for the site to function, along with limited analytics to understand overall visitor traffic. We do not use this data to build individual advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad networks on our site.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our payment processing partner, solely to complete your transaction;
- Email and messaging service providers we use to send curriculum downloads and Program updates;
- Government authorities or regulators, where legally required to do so.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Programs, maintain our business records for legal and tax purposes, and honor the free-repeat window associated with your enrolment. You may ask us to delete data that we are not otherwise required to keep; see Section 8 below.
8. Your rights & choices
You may write to us at any time to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request that we delete data we are not legally required to retain. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you send to us.
10. Children's privacy
Our Programs are intended for working professionals and students aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated to you directly where appropriate.
