Return Policy
When a refund is available for our Programs, and how to request one.
1. Overview
This Return Policy explains when a refund is available for the SDE Launchpad and Engineering Managers Program, and how to request one. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions.
2. Free trial session
The free 1:1 trial session is offered at no cost and carries no fee, so no refund applies to it. It exists so you can evaluate the teaching style before committing to a paid Program.
3. Refund eligibility window
If, after enrolling, a Program does not feel like the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrolment date, provided you have attended no more than one live class in that cohort. This gives you a genuine opportunity to sit in on real teaching before the decision becomes final.
4. Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not available once any of the following has occurred:
- More than 7 days have passed since your enrolment date;
- You have attended two or more live classes in the cohort;
- You are requesting a refund partway through, or after completing, the Program;
- Your seat was cancelled by us for a violation of the code of conduct in our Terms and Conditions.
Curriculum PDFs and other downloadable materials are provided free of charge ahead of enrolment and are not themselves subject to a refund, as no fee is charged for them.
5. Batch transfer as an alternative
If you are outside the refund window but are unable to continue with your current cohort, you may request to pause your seat and join a later batch instead, subject to seat availability, using the free-repeat allowance described in our Terms and Conditions. This is often a better option than a refund if your circumstances (rather than your satisfaction with the Program) have changed.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@interviewgeeks.com with your full name, the email address or phone number used at enrolment, and the reason for your request. We may also ask a short question or two to understand how we can improve.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
